FCAAP Forum Series

The healthcare landscape changes rapidly and continues to present new challenges. To meet this demand, the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Inc. (FCAAP) created the FCAAP Forum Series. These specialized training sessions offer current, topical information to help pediatric professionals continue to succeed in their goal to provide the best care possible. The Forum Series includes multiple interactive sessions to allow providers the opportunity to learn new information and have their questions answered by subject area experts. Since its inception in the spring of 2020, the FCAAP Forum Series has drawn participation from nearly 800 healthcare providers.

The Spring 2020, Fall 2020, and 2021 forum series focused on COVID-19, its impact on the medical community, and how healthcare workers could stay safe and provide the best care for Florida’s children. The 2022 forum series focused on practice management, offering the specialty series – entitled Practice Perfect: Strategies for Perfecting the Business of Pediatrics, which brought together some of the best industry experts to cover topics vital to practitioners seeking to maximize their success in the pediatric business market. You can access the archived sessions below.

Due to the success of the first three years of the forum series, FCAAP will continue the series in 2023 with focused content presented each quarter. The series will include both educational presentations as well as discussion groups with industry experts. Planning for the series is underway and registration details will be posted on this page and sent to all FCAAP members via email in early 2023.
