The Future of Pediatric Practice (FPP) is the annual conference of the Florida Chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics. Hosted over Labor Day weekend each year, the conference attracts pediatric health care professionals from around the state of Florida and across the country. FPP2024 was a resounding success with presentations on behavioral health, transition of care, medication management, infectious diseases, asthma, climate change, and cancer, and workshops on practice management, microaggressions, and breastfeeding. It also included a competitive resident forum and a medical student research forum.
Professionals and their families enjoyed the luxuries of Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, spending evenings at the pool or arcade, walking around the boardwalk, and visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
FPP2024 attendees can access the conference materials, recorded educational sessions, and CME/MOC attestation forms, and continue to connect with other attendees and partner representatives through the attendee hub and mobile app through December 1, 2024.
Where ever you are in your career and however you are involved in pediatric health care, FPP is the conference to attend each year. Save the date for FPP2025, being hosted at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts on August 29 – 31, 2025. Registration will open in early 2025.
