The newly procured Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) health and dental plans were implemented February 1, 2025. The Agency for Health Care Administration’s mission is “Better Health Care for All Floridians” and they are hopeful that the information below will help ensure all Medicaid recipients and providers experience a smooth implementation of the newest managed care contracts.
