Key Topics Overview of the FRAME Program

Nov 22, 2024 | Events

The Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) program supports healthcare professionals by reimbursing medical education expenses for those who commit to serving in areas with critical healthcare needs. This webinar will provide an overview of the FRAME program, including eligibility criteria, application procedures, and recent updates stemming from Senate Bill 7016.

The passing of Senate Bill 7016 introduced significant changes to the program, notably the addition of a volunteer service requirement. Participants must now volunteer 25 hours providing free medical services to underserved or low-income communities. This update underscores Florida’s commitment to improving healthcare access while fostering a culture of giving among medical professionals.

Join us Wednesday, December 18 at 6pm ET via ZOOM to learn about these updates, the volunteer service expectations, and how they align with the program’s goals of alleviating medical debt and addressing healthcare disparities in Florida. Register HERE.
