exclusively for FCAAP members
Purpose: To provide activities and resources to support the all-around wellness of FCAAP members, including physical fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, self-care, self-awareness, and connectedness skills.
Details: The #FCAAPwellness series is free to all FCAAP members and will include at least one live activity or discussion each week, at least one email with resources and tips each week, and weekly raffle drawings for participants. Get connected with the series on social media by following FCAAP on Twitter (@FloridaAAP), Facebook (@FloridaChapterofAAP), and Instagram (@FloridaAAP) and use the series hashtag #FCAAPwellness. *A social media account is not required to participate in the series!

Join your colleagues from across the state for a discussion on self-awareness and social awareness, led by Dr. Mobeen Rathore.

- Week Two – Nutrition
Join your colleagues from across the state for a discussion on balanced nutrition for busy professionals with registered dietician, Alyssa Greenstein.

- Week Three – Physical Fitness
Join your colleagues from across the state for a live 30-minute virtual yoga session, customizable to all fitness levels, led by an expert teacher from Yoga International.

- Week Four – Relationship Skills and Connectedness
Join your colleagues from across the state for a discussion on ways you can improve your relationship skills and connectedness with your patients/families, colleagues, and the community at large, led by Dr. Elizabeth Pulgaron.
