The goal of the Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) program is to encourage qualified medical professionals to practice in underserved locations of the state. By providing annual payments, this program is intended to offset the loans and educational expenses incurred by students for studies leading to degrees and licensing for medical doctors and osteopathic physicians, physician assistants, and nurses. Qualified physicians are eligible for up to $20,000 per year.
The FRAME portal will open to accept new applications on February 1, 2023, and will remain open until March 31, 2023. Selections will be made on or before June 1, 2023.
All eligible FCAAP members are encouraged to begin preparing to apply now. Use the PDF forms below to start preparing the information required to apply. Once the portal opens on February 1, the information can be transferred into the online application. Please note that some of the information includes verifications from persons other than the applicant.
